Paid vacation and sick time may be available to faculty and staff at Illinois State University. For more information on vacation and sick time, please review the appropriate policy below. Any questions may be directed to Human Resources.

For employees eligible to receive vacation and sick time, maximum balances allowed are determined by the chart below and based on 37.5 standard weekly hours and 1.00 FTE - Full Time Equivalency.
